process

The search for the perfect process is an ongoing one. As much as we would love to find that single, perfect way of handling projects, it simply won't be the case.

Moving through the ever-changing world of projects, ongoing collaboration is the only way to develop a great product. As a UX designer, it's our job to act as a "director", ensuring every member of the team carries the same sense of empathy for the end user as we do.

background

As a UX designer for Tribal Worldwide, taking a user-centered, strategic approach to each project is part of my day to day.

My expertise includes UX strategy, journey mapping, user research, usability testing and information architecture.

My client involvement includes Canadian Tire, McDonald's Canada, Subaru Canada, Johnson & Johnson and Manulife.

A great experience doesn't just happen. I'm a major advocate for collaboration between tech, strategy, creative and UX. Without it, products simply won't work for the people who use them.
